Going on holiday is fun and the build up to your time off should be stress free. Make sure your holiday gets off to the right start by making the appropriate preparations in advance.

Pre-order your medications

If you take medicines regularly or need medications especially for your trip make sure you source these early on and get enough to last you for the whole duration of your time away. Check your vaccinations are up to date

Speak to your GP about your travel plans and ask if they recommend any new vaccinations for your destination country. You may have already travelled outside of Europe and had vaccinations done before, but make sure these are up to date and appropriate for your intended area of travel.
